I always say no wonder that on the morning of 9/11 he could find nothing better to do than to just keep reading a book to school children. Was he supposed to go for an academy award acting surprised and shocked over what he and Rove and Cheney had orchestrated? Look at the eight years manipulating people's fears gave him. MsRefusenik

Amazing well written post :-) I don't know if they are doing it on purpose or if its just the way the world is now a days but many times I have thought the same things you just wrote about while listening to this or that commentarist try to put the fear of G-d into me... its come to the point that I do not watch the news anymore, or at least try not to. Whatever is important will usually trickle down to me through friends or relatives who are more than happy to make me miserable.
I know this is happening and you know this is happening... but Maria is right... what can we do about it ? I guess just stop listening and stop being afraid of the buggy man would help, but truly there is not much else that can be done.

my question would be knowing this all to be true what can I do about it? It seems to me that we are powerless to a large degree even though we are fully aware of what is happening to us slowly but surely; many blessings and thanks for sharing
