This is so sad. It brought me to tears. My own mom is still with us, but is suffering from cancer. Our Thanksgiving, bittersweet. My condolences to you. What a beautiful post.

Job well done. I'm sure she shared her recipe with the Master at His table this week too! My mom's specialty was the chocolate pie - the meringue was always perfect. She died 16 years ago at the young age of 47. Give yourself a hug ... from me! Happy Thanksgiving.

Thankful
I am so thankful. My mom lives with me and we had dinner together today. I know someday I will be where you are, I try to absorb every minute with her. So far she is very healthy, at almost seventy, I am hoping for 100.
