What about Bo? Does he get excited at animals and birds on the tv. My cat used to love watching birds.

Ell swears at the TV set - mostly when her hockey team is being beaten. When she starts, Samantha jumps up to the window and barks at whatever she thinks is annoying her mistress. Me? I keep quiet and read a book - I've never sworn at a book.

I don't often talk to the TV, though I will often
think, things like b.s. (only I don't abbreviate it, which I do here strictly for the purpose of having to type less, 'cause I hate typing, which is also why I don't write novels, like some of the other people around here), or crap, nuts, or f*** off, at which point I usually change the channel (the food channel being my favorite) or I turn the damn thing off entirely, which is actually my favourite button on the remote...

I don't remember talking to the TV, but I surely do switch channels a lot. The remote control is more fun than the TV. LOL

I always do that ...LOL..Even my daughter says "Mom they can't hear you" LOL...But hey when you are running from something or you are looking for something and it is around the corner you just have to help out!

yes, I do. a lot, actually
especially scary movies...they always investigate on their own ( IDIOTS), their flashlight always goes dead (put new batteries in once and a while...IDIOT )...there car never starts, they always fall down, the door is always locked...ssshew I'm wearin myself out...lol

Ooooohhhh Yeah...
I think that's the soap my wife watches. I am always talking over the dialogue, well, becasue I have to.
Jack: (to Carly) Did you really sleep with him?
Me (for Carly) No Jack, we didn't sleep at all, in fact, we were up all night, who could with all that noise!
My wife glares at me and rewinds the DVR.
