Might as well ride the “tide” of our emotions. For the most part it’s a gentle wave. An excellent poem about our all too often inner struggle….

a dilemma?
Gives me a dilemma how to control my uncontrollable. It seems the uncontrollable controls me. But its giving me a lesson that my head should be above my heart. . .

Great advice, I think I do that a lot. I try to keep a positive attitude against all odds and sometimes the other emotions threaten to explode out. I love blogit because it gives me a chance to explore those emotions instead of unleashing them on some innocent bystander.

Well said!
We should stop trying to control our emotions and listen to what they tell us instead. This is a VERY well put message too - good job!
