- Go to You want me to babysit what? - Round number one
LOL, I'm sorry but this one has a human's 'soul' ~ he is alive --- and he is going to be one on one with you - oh my - he is sparring ~ I'm curious as I read how to handle actually, because I have a pup here - he's part lab and part boxer but the vet and techs think he's more either great dane or pit bull - He's gorgeous --- and he's a challenge for me, with all his antics - and all I think about is he's going to be older and then, so I'm truly interested in this. I had forgot just how much of a terror he was in the beginning! What a little sh*t, indeed! But he becomes the darlin' of your eye! You are very welcome for the promo, the story merits it! sam

Some dogs are one person animals and they do know it if you don't
like them.
Either keep him chained or have a kennel for him. I don't why you would want dogs in side a house unless they are pint sized. A dog like a Pitt bull can do heaps of damage. Good luck with it all.

Re: Pecking Order
You've hit the nail on the head, mousehop. And thank goodness I didn't have a rifle..I would have been sorely tempted to use it!

Though alot of people agree with you about labs..their biggest fault is wanting constant attention. Still, they are beautiful dogs, and these two were very well behaved. And yes, at that time I longed for a "chenil"!

As I told Wiley, I considered it. However, my friend was depending on me...plus, I'm not good at admitting defeat, especially by a dog...LOL.

Pecking Order
Okay, maybe I'm being macho, because I'm not the one facing the monster, but wouldn't it be better to teach that pit bull who's boss? I hear dogs understand strength. (But being Yankee from the Wild West, I'd keep the rifle handy just in case . . .)

I have to agree with the others: even though we have dogs and love them, some of them are just too much to look after (specially labs who want affection. I think that most of them are a bit "deranged"

). A "chenil" sounds good! Good luck"

This is getting to be too much for me just reading it. I'm afraid I would have called Animal Control and said, "Here! He's yours!"

You are one courageous and loving lady. By now I would have put them all in a pound and called the owner and told him where to go get 'em and then I would have gone back home and had a nice long snooze. You're a great writer luv, a natural born story teller. Happy New Year luv.
