Everything that affects our lives
on some level we have to allow it, to choose one thing or another. Sometimes it's a reasonable choice, one clearly a better option that the other, or others. But sometimes, it's an unreasonable choice of the lesser among all available evils. In those choices, where we give permission for something we don't want, it is especially useful to take a good look at what we did not want even more.
