A glorious Tuesday is upon us! I agree, family health outweighs the triviality of the world! sam

Malcolm

Why is that anyway – that Mondays are always dull and dark.  The same is true here today and when it’s like that it’s difficult to feel inspired or motivated (especially if you’ve had a lousy sleep).    Maybe Tuesday will be a little brighter....Glad to hear everyone is feeling better.

Beautiful spring rains shall soon replace this dreariness.

I have to ditto hazel st cricket
When I was working, the clock was my biggest enemy at night when I had to get up at 5am or 4pm to get ready for work. I worked 12 hour days or nights. It was a nightmare to be awake for the turning of each hour. During my path of enlightenment because of the Fibro and learning to be Richard's guide to Transition, I've found an inner smile can brighten any day.  It changes the biochemical reaction in our brain from negative to positive and with also taking a deep breath the stress disappears (or at least decreases).   Many Blessings for sleep tonight.

I like what you say in the last sentence--so true! Hope the day isn't too tiring. Thanks for stopping by; glad you liked the prayer. God bless. Nita.

hi malcolm
I know how you're feeling, part of my fibromyalgia condition is Chronic Fatige Syndrome...however, I go from severe insomnia to sleeping all the time...it's horrible...when I do sleep , I, too, am plagued with messed up dreams...ugh. Hard to function for me in the mornings. Have a great day !

It can be hard to remain positive when you are short on sleep
Glad to hear that you continue to focus on the good things and not the weather
