If ever I use the expression “I would like to get away from it all” I’m usually referring my urge to do some travelling or to head to a sunny place when it’s cold outside.  Otherwise I’m quite content with my life and wouldn’t want to “get away” from any part of it.  Loved the Ken Brown excerpt.
