Re: BetsyLewis
Thanks - for me too, the helping just because it's needed with no want for reward or renown, simply helping because you want to help that person...

To me, this is love. "
Out from the fog stretches a hand
To offer strength, quiet and discreet,
With no expectation or demand."

The mists will always come and go, I think the beauty of life is in how we deal with them and maybe help others deal with them

Re: Troosha
Thanks... glad the ambiguity in the owner of the hand came through, as long as it's extended in love I see no difference in this scenario

Great work! The mist closes, you feel hopeful, it clears and anticipate it coming again.

Be it the hand of a higher power or the hand of a loved one – sometimes that’s all it takes for us to shake ourselves out of the fog of the often overwhelming “to-do” list or the myriad of thoughts we may be stuggling with. Great poem, Lion! Message well delivered.
