Take care with the driving
We British are completely unprepared for the weather (again) and the only defence against the ice is extra care, and I think any meeting which begins with coffee and ends with lunch has got at least two good points, no matter what else happens.

Icy in Cambridgeshire
this morning and now I discover there are problems on the main line back again! Hope you get back OK. I believe more snow is forecast later on tomorrow?

Thank you for your comment!

Have you been to Sconnie Botland recently? I thought it must have become more modernized by now!

I guess you wouldn't like Canadian winters. Enjoy your blog greatly!

The snow is sickening. It just stopped here! At least you have work to keep you souped up!

Such a whirl of excitement!
I'll bet the pheasant is still telling all his friends about it, too!
