It's amazing how many of our experiences are similar, regardless of age, location, and race. One of these days we'll realize our experiences are human experiences and we focus on the things we have in common rather than those that divide us.

It can be an awkward situation, no doubt.

Talion, once more, culturally enllightening, youthful memories that we all
felt, feel, and just human behavior. Psychology, sociology, and so much else, ego, super ego, all in a tiny vignette. Wonderful writing as usual. I was a crowd edges surfer myself. Could jump into each school crowd and surf a wave of theirs for a moment or two and then hit the beach to move onto another place and time where something very different was going on.
And I lived in Rio during high school, where butts are all the thing, too. So much to identify with here, heh heh heh heh.

I hate when someone recognizes me when I don't want them to. I feel so darn obligated at that point like you do.
