You are more than the sum of your JOB
One should never define one's self as their profession. Should you ever lose your profession, you are at loose ends for an identity. Good for you for keeping your self separate from your JOB.

This is a great attitude and strategy...a friend taught me the "shut off" system. Also caught up with your previous post today. I love your idea of "boxing".....must try it! A book on visualisation hads this suggestion: Tie your troubles to kites, and watch them fly away! Hope the weather is improving. God bless. Nita.
