Comments on Mature Audiences?

I agree with the comments that have already been left.
I find most erotica, that I've read on blogit..very amateur. It seems to be nothing more than an over use of words, too descriptive and seems to be nothing less than vulgar. I've been to the MA blogs and I find them trite with few readers and comments. The comments seem to be just as vulgar as the post. Sorry, it's just my view. I cuss like a trucker, but I'm keepin it where it is in Everything else and fiction.

I do not visit mature audiences very often! Good luck on deciding what you want to do! sam

Timmy...
I had a blog in the relationships category and decided to move it to Mature Audiences just so I could say what I thought I really wanted to say.  Also you could make really dity jokes there or go off on a George Carlin style rant.  Oh yes, then there was the erotica.  I enjoyed some and enjoyed writing it but all too soon I found there are only so many creative ways to say the same thing over and over.  Should you "go there" you will find few comments and few readers.  Some seem to be into trying to shock the readers, either that or I really am an old fart.  Anyway, I gave it up and started a photography blog, which is more fun and I never run out of subjects.

TIMMYTALES

Once every blue moon I glance at the Mature Audiences category. To be perfectly honest, I don't find much to lure me back on a regular basis. I'm not a big fan of good erotica. The amateur variety just doesn't float my boat.

I find it difficult to maintain more than one blog. Time and worthy subject matter conspire to ruin my best laid plans. I've also found that all members don't read every category, nor do they read multiple blogs by the same person. I certainly don't. I've discovered I can't be an everyman blogger, one capable of being all things to all readers. I've learned which of my posts get the best reception and stick to that vein. That's just me. You'll figure out what works best for you.
