Hi Elinjo..
Good tips.. a little addition from a kungfu shifu I know.. for women.. hips are the strongest and less-breakable parts of the body (besides the elbow). So, if we're not confident in using the elbow (when the situation fits).. we can always consider pushing back the bad guy with our hips towards a wall..
Moving the hips and elbow together can create a much greater effect in saving ourselves.
