I love the Pinewood Derby! That is one of the things I missed the most when my guys went on to Boy Scouts! They still have their cars! I remember food being the theme one year and my youngest son's car was the 'Hot Jalapeno! So much fun! They got into the boxes too early too! sam

Guy...
Around here, they call it the Pinewood Derby. My boys were not in Scouts so I missed out on that racing adventure, but not racing altogether. No indeed, my youngest decided to be a motocross racer! I never wished so hard for a wood splinter in my life, but to no avail. He too was a go-getter and I informed him that I would help, but not do all the work on his bikes. By the time he graduated high-school he knew how to split a case and fix the stuff that lives there. D.J. sounds like a racer all right! Good luck.
