Dear Hackthorne,

what would we do without Google? The following ventures a literary answer to your question: What are the high and low roads?  http://http//www.geocities.com/emruf6/16.html

When one is trying to lose a little weight, it seems that everyone wants to entice you to eat something fantastic.

Interesting Read
Once again, reading your story made me feel I was with you. I can imagine the dilema, should I eat or should I abstain? What about all her efforts to make the cake? I'm here in Japan and that kind of situation happens regularly. As for Scotland, I wonder whether I should take the high road or the low road? Now the next question is; what are the high and low roads? These roads legendary, made famous by that song of songs, "Scotland the Brave". By the way; thank you for reading my blogs, The Mission is unfolding.

Re: It is indeed a battle to lose weight when so much delicious food floats
'Weigh less' is new to me. What is it I wonder? Thanks for the moral support.

Re: I tried herbalife a few years ago which did work...
That's a coincidence! The friend I visited yesterday takes it too, and says that it works. If all else fails I'll give it a try. Thanks for the visit.

Having good friends makes it harder to lose weight, you certainly don't want to disappoint or insult them, so many goodies, so little time!!! Good luck

I would love to know Scotland Gailic, what a romantic language.
My ancestors on my Mother's Mother side. Came over. supposed destroyed their own castle to keep the Jacobites from taking it over. ( The castle they always show during Loc Ness Monster Documentaries).
