Quite menacing and sent shivers up and down my spine.
I wanted to write a story, a woman in a green beret, her hair bleached blonde. A man in a frayed suit and smoking a smoking gun in his hand. Edith Piaffe singing on the gramaphone.

I reread this and it reads like the lyrics of a most beautiful Ghazal. I forgot how Ghazals are and seriously measured the ideas in my first comment!
