Wow, it's really all-encompassing!
I was amazed to see that bone health and eyesight are also linked to exercise. I had some tight book deadlines last week (not to mention regular work), so I missed exercising two days in a row and I really felt like crap by the third day. It made me realize that is how I felt all the time before I started really putting an effort forth to do at least 30 mins a day. It's only been since New Years (it was my resolution), so I'm not seeing too much tone yet, but I feel positively wonderful when I do some exercise, especially yoga

It is a very good article! I read Bicycling magazine and this month's issue said

'GET OFF YOUR ASS' Sedentary is no good if it can be at all avoided, right couch potatoes? lol sam
