Proof of "abstinence only" failure

I would not wish harm to anyone, this situation does prove the abject failure of "abstinence only" education. If the Governor's daughter, under 24-hour a day State Trooper protection, can't maintain celibacy, what hope do we have for inner-city single-parent kids?
