Re: Was it his mother the baby looked like. I saw family likenesses in all
When my daughter was born I saw my father in her; very moving experience it was too.

Re: Elinjo and Frankenstein.
Nautikus! Thank you for visiting my page and it is flattering to know that you are being drawn in

. Can I converse in Esperanto? Yes, I certainly can. Do I have anyone to converse with? Yes, I do; my friend whom I went to cinema with the day before yesterday as well as contacts in Denmark and in many other countries (Skype is a godsend for Esperantists.) I have heard some very unusual remarks about the language, but your description is one of the most original; 'the linguistic equivalent of Frankenstein's Monster..' Believe me I'm not peeved, just amused. I think I'll give my story a day off today and post an excerpt of article I wrote in 2005 about how I was drawn in to learning and using it and ended up being captivated.

Was it his mother the baby looked like. I saw family likenesses in all
our babies when they were new born. Some just fleeting as they slept some remained for always.

Elinjo
I popped in, and now I am being drawn in. I hate having to add another one to my list of 'must-reads', because my time is limited, but I suspect I have no choice. It won't happen tonight though...
Oh, and Esperanto? Amazing. Can you actually converse in it? Do you have anyone to converse with? I have always viewed Esperanto a bit like the linguistic equivalent of Frankenstein's Monster...

Re:
The problem had something to do with formatting of the text. Glad to see you back again. I've just finished the Ruskin Bond book, which has whetted my appetite for more.

I'm so glad to be able to read your blog again, and catch up on the last few days; great reading! For some strange reason, I could not open the page, and so posted the message to you. Anyway, as long as the problem is resolved, and I don't have to miss chapters! Thanks for your comments on my posts; am glad you're enjoying Ruskin Bond! Nita.
