awwww yes, life away from the usual, visited the uk 3 years ago for 10 days and visited some of those churches you spoke about, history came alive. I went into an antique store and first off asked a question, which the reply was, first of all good morning, manners, friendlyness, people in the pub already knew us, the people from american that rented the nearby house. I loved the uk and really enjoyed your post, brillant!
