Absolutely great pictures. The moon in 'conjunction' with Fuji san is great, and so is the picture of the bamboo forest. I had always pictured bamboo more like a shrub, never like a tree - very interesting...

I really enjoyed this post. Wonderful pictures and lots of news. I've never heard of boiling eggs in sulphur pots. I wonder why they don't do that at Yellowstone National Park here. There certainly are a lot of bubbling, boiling sulphur pots there.
