That is a very good question; I'm not sure. If I decide to try and publish this story it is one of the things that I'll check up on. Naturally in those days the wage level was much lower, so in real terms it was just as expensive to buy your first property. 'Teething serenely'? Well, everything is relative! Do you have magnolia trees and camellias in your garden? Thank you for the beautiful picture. One of these days I'll upgrade my blog and post photos from Denmark.

 the magnolias were damaged by the 30 degree fajrenheit weather, but no these Camellia. Lovely to see them live...and share them in cyberspace (as my Bible makes me want to share too!) Amen
