So I'm wondering - are you that engineer?

No matter what vocation a person chooses, no matter what one does for a living, no matter where a worker is employed, or even be they unemployed, poetry can be the avocation of choice.  And, a wonderful one it is.  I'm glad I've been able to read some of what you have written.

Beautifully done
But I agree with Sinome... the poetry was there, it just needed an outlet where it would be welcomed

Very sweet Ash... but I venture to say that engineer, rather than stumbled upon it,  had always have poetry in his soul...  Lovely poem :-)

Sounds somewhat autobiographical... Very nice!

Ash - my father (now deceased) was an engineer (architect) with a creative side.  I love seeing those two sides of everyone; even more so for the balance they (you) bring.  Keep on.  Mal
