If this is true, it means that many or most Middle-Easterners don't know what parts, go WHERE!!! Then why are there so many Muslims? It would seem logical that there would be about as many of them left, as "Shakers," now.

I like any kind of dark chocolate...
...and one of my residents is from Austria and he occasionally gives me mind-blowing chocolates from the Old Country.
Diet be damned! lol

A chocolate diet? And avocadoes?? That's my kind of diet! As long as I'm also allowed wine and scotch, and my FNM's...
And as for chocolate, forget Hershey's! Try Lindt's (the dark kind), it's waaaay better...

I am working on mine too! Only I am going with Pilates! I don't have a problem with food, except I don't like to eat! I gain weight because I do not eat! I will be interested to see how your program works! sammy
