Gotta get the time to stop and catch up on what I've missed.

I am so involved with this couple. What started out with such joy and hope
has become so sad. Yes this was a time when you didn't divorce and women couldn't get any help anyway. That was still some years off. I feel so sorry for the child. great writing see you have me really hooked.

Betty, this is so engrossing! I've had a wonderful time catching up on the last three chapters, and just waiting for you to be back with the next one! I too have guests, so will catch up with you soon! Nita.

I like this so well that I am thinking about starting all over again and reading all at once.  I've never liked the short starts and stops that we get in small pieces on Blogit.  I like reading a book straight through to the end, even when it goes to the wee hours of the morning.
