I loved this. I completely agree although I hate hip hop and rap more because they tend to be misogynist and negative.
Plus I hate human type clothes on any animal.

I am sooo absent-minded, it just isn't funny anymore...!
Your blog quite carried me away and then I wrote my dog comment below. I quite forgot, I wanted to say THANK YOU for your wonderfully encouraging words about my poems.

(My late mother (Jeannette Goldstein) was a gifted poet. My brother (who also passed away a few years ago) collected her poems and published a slim volume privately. It is called Zephyr of Dreams and even has an ISBN number. She was never published when she was alive. She died 50 years ago, in 1959. God bless her soul.)

Raincoats on dogs...(LOL)...
Well, this made me laugh...but it also brought to mind something slightly disconcerting that I was told about our own dog, Mollie - a Golden retriever puppy of 5 months.
Apparently when in heat (for about 2 weeks twice a year) she is going to have to wear diapers and special sanitary pads while inside the house....Ahem..cough cough...(didn't think of that..)

Hey, check out "Rocco Deluca and the Burden". He's not brand-new, but he's lesser known and he really jams out on his steel guitar! You might be as refreshed as I was to hear his music.

I know what you mean about dog owners who dress up their dogs as if they were going to send them off to a fancy dress parade! No respect for our four legged friends.
