It seems that you are the one who is hard to communicate with. You must have only read bits and pieces of the my comment, much like certain Christian do with the Bible in order to get it to say what they want it to say, and only find what you wanted to find, since it is clear you did not read the whole thing, unless you just failed to grasp what I was saying
I said in my comment to you that the idea of specifying something as being a 'hate crime' was somewhat pointless, but that is meaningless in this case. As for the part of my comment you quoted, I was talking about the acts of the sex offenders themselves. Their crimes are no less illegal and it will not effect how they are treated by the legal system it the least. basically they are not goig to get any special privileges if they somehow are able to sue the legal trickery you are suggesting and twist the new classification of 'hate crime victim'. That alone kills the the argument against this change.
The 'lync mob' remark makes sense if you read the beginning of my comment where I say "
The only way this augment makes any sense at all is if you wish to say that we should be legally allowed to beat the crap out of or kill people who have committed sex crimes." So the only real argument against this change(If we are to look at this area of logic abotu 'proptection' for sex offenders) that fits would be to say that we should all have the right to form lynch mobs and go after people convicted of being sex offenders. With or without this change in classification (Even if it actually did do what your piece of propaganda tires to claim it does, which it very clearly does not ) you still can't just got out and beat up sex offenders.
Basically the claim that sex offenders would somehow gain something from this classification holds no water. I cannot figure out what it is they are suppose to have gained if they are able to twist things as bad as your propaganda does.

Where to start......first, all I was doing was trying to show you the position of the attorneys on this bill....

Ya know, I have finally had it......I have come to the realization that I cannot communicate with you or your father. Uh, that still dwould not protect them any more than the laws did before. All it would do is make it a hate crime for them to be attacked because of their sex crimes. Their actions are still just as illegal and they will still be prosecuted for them. They will still be listed as sex offenders and lose a ton of freedoms because of what they did. It is snow if you go and stomp the crap out of them because of this, it is a hate crime instead do a normal crime. And the article youa re usign for your 'evidcne' here is very weakl onso many levles. For one thing, more and more Gender Identity Disorders are being viewed as a real illness that can be treated in various manners and not any form of mental disorders. And it is a really weak grasp to link such things as sexual orientation to pedophilia. There is NO KNOWN connection between those ideas.
The truth is that we should not be beating each other up over anything. If you go and beat the crap out of person, that is shwoing hate no matter what. I don't really agree withe classification of 'hate crime', but to try and say the recent changes to hate crime classifications are going to protect pedophiles somehow is really outrageous and pure propaganda.
So go ahead and get your lynch mob together and hunt down suspected sex offenders. If you beat the crap out of them, you are committing a crime, with or without having to twist the new classification of who can be viewed as a victim of a hate crime. And those found guilty of committing sex crimes are not going to find any loop holes to get away with committing the crimes

You fail to understand the underlying problem with the bill which is vagueness when it comes to the term "sexual orientation".......because of this pedophiles do have the potential to be covered by the bill..........here's why:

249 to 175 with 231 democrats voting for the legislation.

designed to give "actual or perceived" sexual preference or "gender identity" (which is still classified as a mental disorder) the same legal status as race.
The DSM IVR (Diagnostic and Statistical Manual used by psychologists and psychiatrists to diagnose mental disorders) lists more than 30 "sexual orientations" and "Gender Identity Disorders,"
including pedophilia. The hate crimes bill does not limit "sexual orientation" or "gender identity" and, thus, includes all these disorders and fetishes. The use of "actual or perceived" includes those with disorders or deviant sexual preferences and those who do not have such disorders or fetishes, so long as it is alleged that the person charged allegedly "thought" the other person had such disorder or fetish...

Because the blogger in question has certain issue with me, I am not about to give out her name. You see once I told her that I respect her right to her own views, but I have to disagree with her and she blocked me. Then she unblocked me and one time when I saw she had reposted an e-mail which has already been 100%proven to be false , I pointed that out to her, gave her the evidence that proved it to be false and made the comment that those who create such misinformation are acting childish in doing so. In response tried to put together a lynch mob here on Blog ti to chase me away and then of course blocked me. So I am not going to mention her name, since she might take that the wrong way and threaten to leave Blogit again in order to turn me into the great villain of Blogit, who is heartless and goes around picking on poor old ladies for no good reason.
However this is all the blog in question had to say about it:

And anyone who has actually studied the bill itself would not be able to find anything at all in it to back up such a claim. If it I propaganda, misinformation or lies I am against it. And I have gone after liberals here who have posted such. I care about the truth more than anything else. In regards to our Easter issue, I had no problem with you disliking Easter and saying it had Pagan roots. That was all true. But the information you gave concerning the Pagan's holding Orgies for their celebration was false and you issues with the Easter Bunny and Easter Eggs seemed silly since in truth they fit in greatly withe h over all concept of the holiday and teh season itself: Rebirth, fertility, life.
And just so you know, I am not ignoring your e-mail. I very much do plan to reply to it, I've just not been too focused these last few weeks. Got a lot going on right now.

When you learn the difference between fact and propaganda, then you might be able to make a valid point. I have never once here on Blogit anything as begin false that was not false. If I have made the claim that something is misinformation, propaganda or lies, it is because I have actual proof that it is such. I know logic and reasoning and actual truth is 100% meaningless to you, since you would rather live by a lie than ever admit you were wrong or following the wrong claims. The problem is that unlike you, I have this thing called integrity and I am more concerned with the truth , the real truth than with being right.
And don't even try to say I only do this with those I disagree. I have actually caught and gone after liberals here on Blogit for spreading propaganda. The big difference is that when I go after Liberals, unlike Conservatives, they don't try to justify their actions. Instead they look at the facts and if they were mistaken, they have admitted it or they have said what they posted has been unconfirmed. I've yet to see such integrity ever be shown by the conservatives here when they get caught spreading their misinformation, propaganda and lies.
If you could prove what you said was not propaganda then you wouldn't need to make such childish attacks on my character as you always do. You could provide proof, real evidence, to defend your claims. You and so many other conservatives like you have time and time again been fully unable to do this.

That would be impossible. I had written a much better comment explaining it all,but somehow it has vanished from Blogit. Let's just say that my past experiences with this blogger has shown that she does not handle anyone telling her that she is over reacting or that she needs to grow up and stop blindly follow propaganda and misinformation.
