Right now I wouldn't trust
any US Bank! Find yourself a Candian one in your neighbourhood, and stick with them...

Of course the location, atmosphere, personalities and procedures at a bank play an important role in keeping a business happy. Yours for sure...as finding ways to streamline are important. Very interesting..
