Yes, you can count on sweltering...
though this is not the hottest time of year. You will also want an umbrella. (I hope you enjoy a good thunderstorm!) Towards the beginning of my travelblogue you will find my reports on my own trip to Singapore, if you have time and inclination to check them out.
