I am actually reading Ageless Body, Timeless Mind by Deepak Chopra MD right now. Bit one of his earlier books: Grow Younger, Live Longer...he devotes a great deal of attention to the kind of issues your brought up here. He wrote that book with David Simon MD, an expert in Ayuverdic medicine - as well as being very well versed in that science himself. (Mind-body connection and all that.)
That you for your very complimentary "brother" message! Yes, thank you...it is really nice to feel a brother "out there" who has the intuition to understand me beyond what my words say. My biological brother, Chris, died at the age of 57 about 5 years ago of a sudden malignant brain tumour. I miss him so much! - Fortunately, I feel close to him in spirit ~
Love cannot die forever, but fills the Universe; and to me, my loved ones who have passed on, are part of the Divine Being and absolutely alive....Yes, Heaven now! My conclusion, too.

You are so right about Big Pharma
and the Western diet. In fact I agree with most of what you said. But I am only beginning and it seems I must make even more changes than I planned. I can't describe how ashamed I am that Fast Food and Western medicine are starting to grow in Asia.

"The soul is a spirit that lived before" (correct) "and died before" (incorrect, the soul cannot die). "Earthly time doesn't really matter being just a blink of life. The 'time' spent bodiless can be far far greater than a lifetime, in terms of years". (Absolutely true). Found it an interesting read all right. Good.

People don't realize what they are doing to their bodies when they take all those drugs. They are killers. God made natural
things for healing our bodies. Most of it in our foods. Some-
times drugs are necessary, but not all the time. Great Post.
