Open-ness to healing, to well-being...
non-resistance to what assails you... like water and a duck's back... Inward-turning to that place of just one's Self, and Self-awareness... where we
know what we need, what to do...

brother Moon
It is the agni (fire), there are seven of them, that have to be set right, and as so you rightly say, these come to balance only when one is distanced to let Nature take over.
Prassanatmendriya, when the chitta is free of passions again, one is healthy. One peculiar thing Moon is that except for the definition in the Ayurveda, there is no positive definition of health anywhere in the world.

Moon, you do what you gotta do. I'll only check on you 8 times a day rather than 40. Is that better? Is that enough alone time?? No? How about 5. 5 times a day. That's like 25 minutes total out of 24 HOURS. Come on, 5 is okay right?
Love ya! Really though, you do what you gotta do. Just don't forget me. If you do, I'll kick your ass back into remembrance.

This sounds like a conversation I had with myself last week...especially
when the ultrasound found nothing wrong with me, though I've been feeling what you described to a T...I finally spent time ALONE and meditated with healing candles, incense, soft music and the Great Physician as well as the "Heal Yourself" physician within.
The inner Mmagician(s) did their work. May you find the healing you need, too.
