Very strange… just yesterday I was talking to someone who is in addiction recovery and we were coming up with all kinds of adages pertaining to gratitude. And we recalled the one about complaining about not having any shoes whereas someone might have lost their legs or feet. Sometimes we forget how much we have that we should be grateful for.
