We seldom have time to sit quietly and reflect, but it's worth it! Thanks very much for stopping by! Nita.

Ash - a very insightful poem. Solitude brings peace within in my case most times and you have aptly captured it. thank you for the call cards.

What a poem, Ash!!  I related to it well, as I have to sit on my hands and force myself to stay to reflect and rest sometimes.  Always so much calling us to get up and go, yet we need our moment of silence to collect our bearings and face the world.

Ash ~.~
Nice write -- excellent advice! In quiet solitude is where I do my best thinking...about circumstances, about solutions, about anything. I believe when the mind does not have to work so hard to process so many distractions at one time, it can do what it does best -- create; and in the hustle-bustle of today's world, if any portion of that calm can be captured, it benefits the individual. Thanks for sharing. Peace, blessings and understanding.~SS
