Welcome to my blog. Hope you'll find it to be entertaining as well as thought-provoking. The "degree" you speak of, is not of spirit itself, for that is always there, but of the "realization" of the existence of it within and around oneself.

You are always a welcomed and reasonded responder to my muddled words. Thanks for the kind reflections of what they mean. I do share your thoughts on the status or lack of status in our adherence to our core values as we interact on a Global stage. Bill Clinton went to North Korea to gain the release of two journalist who had in fact violated North Korean territory. Why did he have to show such outward disgust with the leader of North Korea? Was that for the home audience? Was it necessary? How many people are locked up, deported, right here in this great democracy for entering this country undocumented?
Do I share your hopes yes? Will they ever be realized?
