Television equates to my refuge from environmental factors, (namely, Marilyn, Ivy, and DJ) it's an escape, both auditory and mental, for me. I shudder to think of the consequences of your suggested remedy. TV is perhaps the only thing that prevents me from becoming a serial killer!

Priceless. I used to have two Grandchildren is the same house....
you make me miss them but tempered with agoodlaugh which is better than a cry. Actually these sound like mosters and the product of how stupid it is to spoil the child.
