revjd, it's really not all that bad (sounds a lot like our yearly work
appraisals we have to do of other staff members...just be honest, don't get too wordy, and before you know it the thing will be done..
...wish I could say I enjoy doing them, but they are just one of those necessary evils the Company has you/me do, so they don't have to......
