Glad you enjoyed reading about that much-married lady. What is also amazing is that she found time to find all those spouses. My single life is so busy that I cannot imagine when I'd find the time to go hunting for a new one, let alone look after him in the manner he no doubt would expect. Though it all boils down to priorities, I suppose.

I was aghast to read that about a 107-year old young lady going for the pleasures of a conjugal life, her 23rd kill. Boy, what a boy and what a girl! This is also how things in this world twirl. hahaha

Elinjo - You know what..when I read your column before reading the link..I thought of this lady who made news here..70 years her junior!! That sure is true love for him I guess.. At my age..I think since my kids are ladies now..I feel even
if I'm single, I will not re-marry Elinjo. It's time for my kids to have their love life so now I write about love..lol. I would prefer a single life. This lady wants companionship and she is a lovely person!.

I love it, she said there was a bit of insecurity in her lately! My goodness, at that age I would fear nothing! Just get another man if that fulfills her desire! Too many times married for me! I am not a good one for your question because I love being single! Shelly

Sometimes I long for someone to sit and talk with, someone to go to movies with and discuss the plot and the acting and all. And then I remember how it was to share a bathroom and how much time I spent picking up after someone else, and I am content.

It's a single is lonely concept that everyone seems to have. Single can sometimes be less lonely than alone in a relationship. so I guess, different strokes. I love the old ladies clear thinking - she wants another body around, lovely!!!
