We're only here for awhile.

The doldrums come and go, between pleasures, dreams, memories, and expectations.
Life must be a balance between them all.  You write so well of all of these, each in their own times.

How well you express what we all feel sometimes, I'm sure.....but it's impossible that you will not be missed---I agree with Ariala! Thanks very much for your warm comment on my post--glad you liked it! Take care. Nita.

when hope is gone and apathy takes over...yes, this is grievous...ah! Sinome this poem of yours touched me.  How often do others feel this way.  I hear this tune, "just another day" and I just can't help but repeat, "hold on" ~ and Sinome, 'write on'   Elyse

I hope this is just excellent imagery my dear Sinome
or at best a bad day; if not get off that road as fast as you can there are much better paths to follow more in tune where you really belong; many blessings and thanks

Sinome

I go on, light a cigarette and have a drink.
The world keeps turning in spite of my epiphany,
and the circle begins again.
Its OK, Life won't miss me.     C'mon, aren't you just too good??? You can't say Sa no  me

sorry, I didn't mean that rude or anything
I really do hope you feel better.  I guess it's all that tough love I get when I'm feeling down.  Life does goes on no matter how low we get.

My dear Sinome
Slowly turn your face toward the Lord, look up He is coming soon and take all his lovely children home to be with him. There you will be so joyful there will be no way to discribe it. You will no longer remember any sadness, no longer cry or feel like a lost ship at sea for one moment. You are a blessed woman.

life will not miss you and why should it, but you would miss life though if you stay in that place which leads to nothing.  That nothing place yuk do not go there it is for loosers and YOU do not belong there

This sounds very much like a dream I recently had, one of the few I could actually remember after I woke up.
