The flexibility of being able to pace oneself is wonderful, isn't it! I relish that after 20 years of regular hours of teaching, and one of the reasons I took to freelancing. Thanks for your comment; I will post on sources of antioxidants by the time you're back, and then you can go in search of them!! Have a wonderful time; will miss you! Nita.
