Brilliantly to the point! Did I say
point? Your little poem illuminates a
vast area of darkness...

When nothing is bigger than we ourselves, nor our weapons such as God then life is of no value. When I was that age prayer was in school. Boys had their guns in the back window of a pick up truck, doors unlocked no one bothered them. In all my 17 years of school and college no one was ever shot or cut in school. We have become too self righteous to be righteous.

Everything around them is so violent. You have written a superb piece here
for it is so simple that people might actually understand the horror you are portraying. I watch Grandchildren with the TV, their games PlayStation's whatever, it is all kill or be killed. Put a real gun into their hand will an eight year old understand the difference between cyber death and real death? I'm not sure.

Wow....time to reassess anything and everything that we pick up from those that were influential to us as children...just because the older people did it doesn't make it right...chilling is a good word for this, yes.

I'd say "cute", but that's a misnomer.
What a life! An 81 year old man here was beaten horribly by a woman who tried to rob him. She practically beat him to death because he had no money. How can kids these days do any less than what they see.
