OMG, I so hear you!
Sadly, for a while, I think I might have been one of those chronic complainers, minus the horrible language... but I caught myself doing it, and realized what it was doing to those around me. Now, I look for the good in every situation, and remind myself that it could be so much worse. I live with two very obnoxious illnesses (fibromyalgia and bipolar 1 disorder), but I have come to accept that this is something I DO have control over, and instead of complaining about it, I do things that help to control the symptoms. You have completely and amazingly described every kind of energy vampire in the world, and I applaud you for that. If it is at all possible for you to remove yourself from these people, that would be the best thing in the world for you!

Guy, chronic complainers with that verbal diahrea should all be put on a
ship with not "facilities" until they see (or smell) the light!...
- a hit in the head to all these folk.....(just kidding, but it does truly get you down and thinking just like them if we let it...
..)

AMEN, Sister! Absitively and posolutely! Better YET! NO PEOPLE at ALL! Empty chairs don't talk to themselves, commercials, animals, dead people, or someone at the other end of the house, INCESSANTLY, as other people strain to hear my......I mean THEIR favorite television hunting program. It would probably make me look more sagelike, if I someday live long enough to become a hermit, because to tell you the truth, it's getting to be kind of a drag, maintaining my buff bod (12pack abs, biceps the size of most guy's thighs. No wait! Thighs the size of most guy's.........) Anyway, I'm not just another pretty face! In another decade or two, even my good looks will begin to fade, and I'm too proud to sell myself.......cheap.
