Hi Darson
We seem to be mutual fans of each other, and I'm really happy to learn that my toyng with words amuses you. Whenever I read you, you 'infect' me with such humorous twists in your writes that I can hardly do anything but to reciprocate in amusement . Happy Thanksgiving Day to you too.

Okay, I just have to say that you make my day with your encouraging comments! You really do. And your command of words and the way that you toy with them is nothing short of amusing. Happy Thanksgiving tomorrow, Abanerjee!

ahhh, haa! She pulled a fast one on you..lol
But I have the feeling (no, its not a belch..:) one of these days she'll let one slip, or rip, and Walmart will need to replace merchandise that mysteriously fell off their shelves......

Darson, so immediately attractive ...
Squelching rhymes with belching, the former with the power to put an end to the latter. Nan belched, and Darson squelched; one knows who won in the end . Kudos, once again, to your lovely writing style. .

Ha ha ha ha....I'll bet! But if we put you up against Nan, it would be no contest....simply because you'd be the only one doing it...! There's a pattern here....you'd think I'd learn....Sheesh.

Man, can you tell a story! I just love your style.  (and, oh, I could beat out the both of you in the belching contest  )

Actually....no. To be (painfully) honest, there are elements of this person that I do not trust. As in the Pajama Pants episode, and the Belching Contest.  Both were bait and switches and worked to her advantage. She's a tricky little devil, that one.

I'll bet there are Ex-men in landfills all over America,
swallowed up by their La-Z-boys, wondering why she hasn't brought it yet,
that beer he ordered long ago. And why the remote no longer changes things.

LOL, Thelma and Louise (short version) --- this is hysterical...love the way in which you describe the lazy boy stance ---- LOL, you're just a peach.  I want to know when the rematch occurs and who wins. xoxo Elyse
