O this one just gets my goat! Here is a man working his butt off to make a go of it and the scrutiny to him is preposterous! Had the banks been on the level all along, there would be less trouble with the economy! They just infuriate me! I do hope it works out, your father has done a yeoman's job with trying to keep the business operational, and your sacrifices included! It would be so wrong for the loan to not be approved! I don't blame him for losing his cool, a person can only take so much before they blow! sam

I am not a business and have no conception what it would be like to get a refi on a business, but I know what it is like to get a home loan, up until I found this one lender I thought I would never get my condo, now I have refinanced and that too was stressful enough for me. Good luck with yours
