This is excellent; I couldn't agree with you more! Thanks ever so much for your very kind and generous comment on my post. I'm so glad you're visiting Periyar (I haven't been there) but you will see lots of elephants! If time permits, one of the other national parks like Kabini or Bandipur would be nice, as you'd see tigers and leopards too!! Of course, there are quite a few up in the north too!
