Yes He is. Right there in the vegetables. I can see it, smell it, and taste it. And please tell my dear New York hello from me. Did I tell you I was born in Brooklyn? And I have lots of relatives there still. Have a tomato for me, Bill!

Elyse!
This happened eleven years ago, now...but every sweet corn season I remember when I'm biting into that first ear of corn. A HUGE message from God that I'll never forget....the lesson being...that I'm not invisible...and that He KNOWS me, and loves me. Hugs to you, Elyse!

Thank you for sharing this. I'd never supposed, before that point, that even the tiniest of thoughts are seen or heard by Him. Now I believe that, too. Going even beyond prayer....He knows it ALL.

You have no idea how timely and appreciated your comments and compliments are. I just had an editor of a magazine say that she wanted to publish my work, but her complaint was that it was too 'conversational' and 'confessional'...I've been toying with a cooler tone, but in my heart I'm resisting. This is who I am. If that means I never publish one more thing; so be it. Thank you for giving me added gift of conviction in this.

Some may doubt. But you know what you know.

They know us by our love like your day care at home. I bought a tomato for myself at the Port Authority Bus Terminal in New York. They’re selling apples at the tables now. God’s there for us love. BC-A, Bill’s  RLJst

I BELIEVE ~ yes I do, 'cause I Know -  I love when you share experiences, miracles -  no matter how tiny - they are nothing short of miracles to me...God's love for us is too grand to describe - to great to dismiss.  I'm thankful Darson you tell of this gift you were given.  Touched my heart big -  Elyse

What an exquisite piece of writing! So, so, so very heartwarming and the message that needs no convincing; it simply is without argument.. God answers. Well done Darson, but that needs no emphasizing. You amuse, amaze and fill my heart with an intensity I can't really put in words. .

I've always subscribed to your beliefs when it comes to prayer.
