One feels compelled to question the other teacher's motives - it may well be that he trusts you, and rightly so, but his absence may at least in part be due to his desire for some respite from the daily encounters with the 'apes'...

He should be there! That is just lazy and rude on his part! JUST WRONG!!! I can't tell you how many times I have observed this while in education! It is his responsibility to help you become successful, not a free period for him. You are getting sold short! DAMN!!! sam

Well, it seems you are finding your stride. Forgive me for always picturing you in my mind as the pastry chef and travel writer. So much more glamorous. I'm impressed you have heard about Heidemarie in Germany. Once upon a time, before money was invented all mankind lived by exchange. I would hate the idea of not having a home of my own but some of her ideas can certainly be adhered to by many.
