Thank you so much for your input and confirmation... I especially value your opinion as a alleopathic professional nurse... yes, many things and ways are necessary and useful... you can't replace a shattered bone with a steel implant using herbs and cystals... but it might help the healing process afterwards... the point is to care for people without robbing them blind and doing unecessary things... thanks again for your support

As a nurse I agree with you that a mixture of self help....whatever
herbs crystals meditation what works for you,along with conventional interventions is the way to go.
