Sure! Only Christians are commanded to give their money to the church. Jews and Muslims are only commanded to give money "to charity." Some Jewish synagogues require people to join in order to participate in all the activities they offer, but they don't turn non-members away from regular services.

You know, thinking about it, I don't know if Hindus are commanded to give money or items to various temples, or if they just do it when they feel like it.

Some Pagan groups take up collections for their own operating expenses, and yes, some groups require these contributions, although from what I gather this is very rare.

My polytheistic prayer group collects items or money for charity drives a few times a year. I'll be blogging about this soon.
