I've had some down moments, but for the most part I've been feeling pretty good lately. My mood swings have had nothing to do with Christmas though.

I am always up and down up and down so I would not be able to tell the difference now that the Holiday's are here. Entertaining is a large part of mine so because there are so many people around all the time I have to be smiling more than usual which takes a toll. After the Holidays are over the downs will be deeper and darker I imagine... even now the night time mini lows are deeper so we will see :-) Take care of you and enjooy your highs :-) xoxoxo

Ah yes, I believe everyone tends to share in your up and down escalations --- I wish I could offer more but it sounds like you are normally going through the hustle and bustle of all the energy that always surrounds this time of year. and I think, you know the morning of Christmas...it is gone - that quickly...the peace comes it seems and surrounds...so I look forward to that goal ~ Good blog - Have a wonderful day Sam ~ Elyse
